You will need
170 ml Semi-skimmed milk
120g Melted butter (unsalted) or 120ml vegetable oil
3 Medium eggs
Mr Kipling Signature Madagascan Vanilla Fill & Glaze Icing (optional)
Equipment:
2 greased and lined 8″ (20.5cm) round sandwich cake tins

Instructions
Mix
Preheat oven to 170°C/150°C fan/gas 3. In a jug, blend the eggs, milk and melted butter or oil.
Whisk
Place the Mr Kipling indulgent Madagascan vanilla cake mix into a bowl, pour in the eggs, milk, melted butter or oil. Then whisk for 1 minute 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
Bake
Pour the cake mix evenly between two prepared sandwich tins and level with a spoon. Bake in the centre of the oven for 24 to 28 minutes or until a skewer the sponge comes out clean.
Enjoy
Cool on a wire rack, then you’re ready to fill and glare.
You can also use this mix to make 12 tray bake slices or 16 generous cupcakes.
